Hi there, I’m Emma—

I’m a 500HR registered yoga teacher, trained on the sacred island of O’ahu, Hawai’i, dedicated to sharing deeply transformative yoga practices that nurture your mental, emotional, and energetic well-being.

I created Embody Yoga to share the wisdom and practices that fundamentally transformed my relationship with my body, anxiety, grief, movement, and the world around me.

Yoga, beyond its physical benefits, offers profound opportunities for mental and emotional healing. It’s a powerful tool to add to your self-care toolkit, guiding you back to your most grounded, authentic self.

Through thousands of hours spent studying and teaching these mindfulness practices, it became clear how this ancient practice can address the challenges of our modern lives.

This journey led to the creation of Embody Yoga, a space where yoga serves as a healing modality for anxiety, trauma, grief, and other mental and emotional challenges.

The philosophical teachings from this course are designed to enhance your asana practice while providing additional options to connect to yourself and consciousness.

New to yoga?

If you have been hesitant to try yoga because you’ve been led to believe it’s all about flexibility or putting your body into pretzel-like shapes, please know that is not the yoga I practice nor teach. Through this course, discover yoga as a form of self-prayer, healing, and connection to something bigger than yourself amidst times of transition.
