Hi, I’m Emma.

(she/her)

It took so much to be here today.

Following transformative adventures living in Belgium, Australia, and Japan, I was led to the practice of yoga on the sacred island of O‘ahu, Hawai‘i.

I realized radical self-love when I became a yoga teacher. And a lot changed after that.

Yoga is the container in which I have been able to grieve deep losses from my early life, cope with daily mental health challenges, and belong to loving communities all over the world. For someone who isn’t quite sure where “home” is, this was essential. It’s why I continue to practice.

I often draw from yoga philosophy and other creative“off-the-mat“ rituals to help my clients discover a practice that is sustainable and joyful for them.

My teaching style is grounded, beginner-friendly, and intentional to my client’s needs in body, mind, and spirit.

Now, yoga.
